SILLEM offers its customers regular maintenance programs.
The maintenance that we offer can be of two types:
1. At the delivery of the machine to the customer, SILLEM communicates through a list all the ordinary maintenance activities that can be carried out autonomously by the staff using the machine;
2. The maintenance activities carried out by our staff are closely linked to the moving parts of the machine that after a long period of stress need to have the consumables reviewed or replaced.
It is in our concern to provide a detailed program of activities that includes the maintenance activities, mainly related to the time spent with the customer and a chronology of the activities that will take place on the machine both mechanically and below the programming aspect where it was required.
