A support team is available 24/7, ready to follow what customers needs or problems that may arise during the use.

The assistance modalities have a well-defined procedure:

1. The programmer through the remote control installed on the machine connects the PC from its location in Italy, so that he can check and fix all the problems;

2. In case the problems persists, within 48 hours an intervention will be carried out to restore the machine from the customer;

3. In case of mechanical failure, after the identification of the errors made by our staff, it will be our duty to reset the component as soon as possible.
